Service Description

In these classes we'll move through a Yoga sequence curated to build on flexibility and strength at the same time. These movement will leave us feeling more limber, and relaxed in our bodies, and in our minds. Relieving tension, and decreasing stress. Following our movement practice, we'll learn and practice a Breathwork routine that can be taken away from this practice and implemented into your life, to help you maintain an ability to decrease stress and stay present. In our guided meditation, I'll share techniques on how to become an observer of our thoughts, and our emotions. Which will with time, allow us to be less reactive, and instead, more appropriately responsive. Open space The open space at the end, is an open opportunity for us to stay, share openly and honestly with each other, listen with intent to each other, and be surrounded with likeminded individuals who want to take accountability for their actions and mental health. Within this space, there is a couple of ground rules. This is a space of non judgement. This is a space of vulnerability. This is a space of honesty. This is NOT a space where we will "fix" each other's problems. This is NOT a space to seek counsel. This is a space for us to gather, and share our voice.
