Service Description

A class to find depth within stillness through passive held, supported postures and deep breathing techniques. These classes help to build flexibility and mobility, as well as mental clarity and resilience to stress. This class will begin with cleansing and balancing breathing techniques before moving through a sequence of postures designed to achieve a more gentle openness throughout the body. In each class we will work with a few pranayama techniques to influence the vital energies of our body to stimulate and also down regulate our nervous system. Helping us to find more balance and peace. All props for the class will be provided, however if you have your own blocks, blanket, bolster or strap, please don't hesitate to bring them along. You will have to supply your own mat for this class. As this class is a more passive style and there isn't much movement, please feel free to wear a couple extra layers of clothes to ensure you can feel comfortable and cosy throughout the practice. Please ensure you arrive within plenty time, up to 10 minutes before the class begins so you can settle in. The class will begin promptly at 6pm, please have respect for everyone else and myself by arriving within plenty time, thank you.
