A group class can be quite daunting, that's why I'd like to offer this private class where we can explore what you'd like to get out of the practice, while you set the pace. Everybody is different, and that's the same for Yoga practices, not one thing will be suitable for all. On the other hand, the benefits of slow diaphragmatic breathing are profound and can benefit absolutely everyone. We can work together to see what practices work for you, completely at your own pace. This class may also be perfect for you if you'd like to dive a bit deeper into understanding the practices before joining in on a group class. This is also perfect for those who are new to meditation and are maybe unsure of how to approach it, and how to get the most out of it without being put off after a few attempts. There's many, many different ways to meditate, and just like breathing techniques, not every type is suited to everyone. Within this private environment we can explore what techniques are right for you.
