Learn how to practice and incorporate a daily Pranayama practice that can enhance your overall wellbeing. If you find yourself short of breath at certain times of the day, or struggle to maintain your breathing during exercise or certain activities, then this workshop will definitely benefit you. Breathing techniques can help to lower stress, improve emotional and energy regulation and even improve immunity to disease through the production of nitric oxide. These methods are tried and tested. Yogis have practiced these techniques for hundreds, if not thousands of years. I myself, have practiced this exact routine for over a year, and I continue to practice it daily. The workshop will be an hour and a half long, in which we'll go through and learn the Pranayama practice and close off with a guided meditation and Yoga Nidra practice. We will also learn an opening mantra for practicing Pranayama. You'll also get a month's access to Anandamaya Studio, where you can continue to refer back to the techniques and practices we'll learn if you need to. You'll receive access to Anandamaya Studio on the day of the class.
