This online zoom call is a space for you to explore various different meditation and breathing techniques to help you build more self awareness and start a journey to a much deeper understanding of your individual self.
Meditation can be a really, really powerful observational tool into our selves. It can help us understand our habitual patterns, good or bad, and provide a deep insight into our emotional and mental wellbeing. It can also work to improve our focus and make us less reactive to stress. There's a lot of different meditational techniques out there, and Yogas methodology is one of concentration. There is various different meditation techniques that can be utilised from yogas teachings, but they are quite hard to find in this day and age where there is such a large focus of postural practices.

I've spent a long time pouring through yogic texts and attending courses to refine and discover what yogic meditation really is, what it's about, and how to practice it.
Along with meditational techniques, we'll explore various Pranayama techniques to help ground ourselves in the present, soften the edges of difficult emotions, and bring ourselves into more balance and self regulation. These Pranayama techniques are meditative in nature as well, therefore if certain meditative techniques aren't for you, we can focus more on cultivating a solid foundational practice of Pranayama that you can utilise instead.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultation is £30 for a 60 minute session.
Follow ups are £15 for 45 minutes.
These tend to run on a 4 week program, depending on your needs, and additional follow ups can be requested after.
There is an option below to purchase a months plan at £60. This can be used to book into one of the various appointments I have available. If none of the times suit you, then pop me a message and we can organise a better time that would suit you.
